By purchasing from Shanti Soundarya, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. Replacement Policy 

   • We offer replacement only in case of a major manufacturing defect in the product.

   • No returns are accepted under any circumstances.

   • Replacement requests will be considered only with valid and genuine reasons approved by our team.

Mandatory Product Opening Video 

2. • An unboxing / product opening video is compulsory to raise any replacement request.

   • The video must:

     • Be continuous and uncut

     • Clearly show the sealed package, opening, and defect

   • Requests without an opening video will not be accepted.

Product Condition for Replacement

3. • Replacement will be accepted only if the product is unused, unworn, and unaltered.

   • No replacement will be provided if:

     • The product has been used, worn, damaged, or tampered with

     • Tags, packaging, or original accessories are missing

   • The product must be returned in its original condition with original packaging.

Non-Eligible Cases for Replacement

Replacement will NOT be provided in the following cases:

   • Personal preference issues (design, size, or look)

   • Damage caused due to improper handling or storage

   • Late requests raised after product usage
